The term “quality” is often used improperly to describe the activities of plastic manufacturers. The most emblematic example is “total quality,” which many claim to apply, though it is actually a mistranslation of the English term “total quality management,” which has a different meaning and is what we strive to implement.
Given our decision to focus on providing third-party services, we did not develop a single, uniform quality management system. Instead, we committed ourselves to ensuring that each individual client receives the quality system they require.
In some cases, we have developed (and formalized) procedures identical to ISO standards, and we have trained our staff to act with a different approach, less invasive and therefore less costly when the client opted for this solution.
For this reason, we have never obtained quality certifications, but at the same time, we have no issues providing clients with the documentation they need to fulfill their own procedures.
Over the years, we have undergone multiple quality audits by our more structured clients, and the results have always been excellent.
