This notice describes the data management methods of this website www.plastec.biz, is made pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter also “General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”) (“code on the protection of personal data”) and provides for the protection of persons and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data.   • for the purposes indicated in art. 2.3. (marketing) for 48 (forty-eight) months from the time of the release of the specific and express consent to treatment by users/visitors.
6. OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, users are free to provide (or not provide) their personal data. Failure to provide them may only result in the impossibility of obtaining what has been requested.

7. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

Customers/users may at any time exercise the rights set out below.

a. Access to personal data: to obtain confirmation or not that a processing of data concerning them is taking place, in which case, access to the following information: purposes, categories of data, recipients, storage period, the right to complain to a supervisory authority, the right to request rectification or cancellation or restriction of processing or opposition to the processing itself;

b. Request for rectification or erasure of the same or restriction of processing concerning them; “restriction” means the marking of retained data with the aim of limiting their use in the future.

c. Objection to processing: to object on grounds related to their particular situation to the processing of data for the performance of a task of a public nature or for the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the same.

d. Data portability: in the case of automated processing carried out on the basis of consent or in performance of a pre-established contract, customers/users will be able to receive in a structured format, in .text or similar format, the data concerning them.

e. Revocation of consent to processing for the purposes of marketing, market research and user profiling; the exercise of this right does not affect in any way the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to revocation.

f.To lodge a complaint pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR, which states, “Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, a data subject who considers that the processing relating to him or her is in breach of this Regulation shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, namely in the Member State in which he or she normally resides, works, or of the place where the alleged breach occurred. ”; for Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali is competent, contacted through the contact details given on the website www.garanteprivacy.it.

The aforementioned rights may be exercised by sending an appropriate request to the Data Controller through the contact channels indicated in Article 1 of this policy.

Requests relating to the exercise of the rights listed will be processed without undue delay and, in any case, within one month of the request; only in cases of particular complexity and the number of requests this deadline may be extended by an additional 2 (two) months.
